Why are so many consultants afraid of “giving away” so-called “free consulting” to their clients? When business owners and leaders like us get together, it’s only natural we’re going to talk business at some level, sharing our experiences and expertise and bouncing ideas off each other. How could we possibly learn to trust each other if we don’t? It’s a critical part of the relationship. It’s great to know folks in the business we can lean on for advice when we need them, and we love to help out our clients any way we can. It’s called “trust”, "partnership" and “friendship”.
